No. Haventri provides non-medical home care.
Our caregivers can provide personal assistance, companionship, and support with everyday activities, but they do not diagnose medical conditions or provide medical treatment that requires a licensed healthcare professional.

Caregivers may provide certain medication reminders or assistance with self-administered medications when permitted by applicable requirements and included within the client's approved services.
Caregivers do not prescribe medications, make medical decisions, or independently perform tasks that require a licensed healthcare professional.

Yes. Haventri provides dementia and Alzheimer's care designed to support clients with daily routines, companionship, safety, and personal care.
We work with families to understand the client's needs and create an appropriate care plan.

A family member or authorized representative may contact Haventri to discuss care for a loved one.
We'll work with the appropriate person to understand the client's needs and coordinate services.
Caregivers

We carefully review caregivers before they are assigned to clients.
Haventri follows applicable requirements for caregiver screening, background checks, registration, and qualifications.
California's Home Care Services program requires Home Care Organizations to be licensed and maintains a public registry for registered Home Care Aides who have undergone the applicable background-check process.

When appropriate, Haventri may arrange an introduction or provide information about the caregiver before services begin.
Our goal is to make sure clients and families feel comfortable with the care arrangement.

If a scheduled caregiver becomes unavailable, Haventri will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the client or family and arrange an appropriate replacement when possible.

We will do our best to accommodate requests based on caregiver availability, qualifications, schedule, and the client's needs.
Scheduling & Pricing

Every situation is different.
The number of hours needed depends on the client's care needs, daily routine, family availability, and desired level of support. (we only require a minimum of at least 4 hours per day)

Yes. A minimum of 4 hours per day is generally required to begin a care program with Haventri.
However, we understand that every family's needs are different, so we're happy to discuss your situation and may be able to accommodate shorter care hours on a case-by-case basis.

We accept credit cards/debit cards, bank transfer, and cash.
